Respectful Business

Respectful Business

We are in the business of doing good. And making good businesses even better. That’s what our clients like about us, not least because they profit from it. And not just in the short term. Because we know that values generate new value. Particularly in times when products are becoming ever more interchangeable and gaining people’s trust is becoming ever more challenging. This means that a strong brand is not only a selling point but actively reduces risk. And nothing can strengthen a brand more than authenticity.

Doing good and being rewarded for it? Doesn’t Corporate Social Responsibility also have to hurt? In fact, there’s only one thing that strategic CSR needs to be – authentic. Stemming from the core of the company and bearing fruit from there. Growing both internally and externally. We help your business to build a vision which actually does good and then we realise this vision together. This has less to do with good intentions and is more about strategic foresight – what do the various stakeholders expect? What are the economic and environmental risks? In which ways does the company impact on its surroundings? And how can all of this be brought together?... The comprehensive answer to these questions represents the first step towards what we call Respectful Business.

Our expertise lies in:

  • Consulting and
  • Corporate Communication & Brand Development

Depending on the stated goal,  Respectful Business leads to:

  • Increased revenue and higher market value

Goodville was founded by Florian Pollack in 2008. This followed on from ten years in the telecommunications industry where he also worked as Head of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Communications at ONE. The financial crisis prompted him to apply his skills and interests to forming his own company, an enterprise which would develop and realise strategies for sustainable business. Since that time he and his Goodville partners have been helping clients to do good and to profit from doing good.
