Katrin Wladasch has been advising companies, organisations and government agencies in Austria and Eastern Europe in the implementation of equal opportunities and the challenges of diversity for many years. She works as an expert for the European Commission, is co-founder of ZARA (courage and anti-racism work) and at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights.
